Nice handbag, slow shipping

I ordered a Fossil Handtasche and it eventually arrived, which is good. The bag itself is really nice, the leather feels high quality and it looks just like the pictures online. My only minor issue was the shipping. It took nearly a week to get here, which felt a bit long compared to other places I've ordered from. I was expecting it a bit sooner. Customer service was polite when I asked about the delay, but couldn't really speed things up. So, great product, but maybe don't order if you're in a huge rush.

Value for a new backpack

I needed a new Rucksack for work and found a good deal on an Osprey here. I looked around quite a bit before buying. The price was competitive, especially with a small discount they had going on. I paid using Vorkasse which gave me a little extra off, always a plus. It arrived pretty quickly too, like 4 or 5 days. For what I paid, the quality of the backpack is excellent, seems like it will last. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth with this purchase.

Good Samsonite suitcase

Got a new Samsonite Hartschalenkoffer from here last week. It took about 4 days to get to me, which was fine. The suitcase feels really solid. Just what I needed for my trip next month. Pretty happy with it overall.

Decent Daypack, quick delivery

I bought a Deuter Daypack recently. Ordering was straightforward, the website was easy to navigate. It shipped pretty fast, I think it arrived in 3 business days. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged. The daypack itself is exactly as described, good quality material and stitching. It's comfortable to wear and the zippers feel sturdy. I had a question about tracking once and customer service responded to my email within a few hours. Overall a smooth experience, I'd say.
